My favorite bagel place around here. It's not even close. Please though make more egg bagels and pizza bialys. We love them but you don't have them nearly enough. It seems like most days you don't have egg bagels?

But if you're going to indulge in some carbs, let me recommend Hank's Bagels in Calabasas. I've already sung their praises once, but a month later, I have to say it again: the staff is phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, and full of good energy--it's rare to find a bagel shop where the employees are in such high spirits, but you'll experience just that at Hank's. For fellow bagel lovers, this place is a must-visit. And for my vegan friends, you'll be happy to know that Hank's is 97% vegan. While the egg and cheese bagels aren't, nearly everything else is. They even carry Follow Your Heart vegan cream cheese, so you can treat yourself to a delicious snack without compromise. If you love bagels as much as I do, make a stop at Hank's in Calabasas. It's worth every bite!

~ ONE OF THE BEST EVERYTHING BAGELS IN SOCAL ~ Listen, I take my bagels very seriously... a bagel connoisseur, if you will. While the East Coast definitely has us beat, and when my stash of frozen NY bagels gets sparse, Hanks Bagels hits the spot and then some! Tucked away in a corner of a small shopping center, this little shop packs amazing flavors. My favorite is the everything bagel - it's got everything, and when I say everything, I mean A LOT of everything. Every inch of the bagel is covered with the perfect ratio of seasoning. The bagel itself has a perfectly crispy outer layer and a chewy inside. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, and it's always toasted to perfection. My usual order is an everything bagel with lox cream cheese (which is divine, by the way) or an everything bagel egg sandwich with a substitution of cream cheese for American cheese (you're welcome). *Hot tip: Order online to skip the wait!

Wow, wow!! Hanks is such a great addition to the community with their beloved bagels. So fresh and tasty! Love their rosemary bagel so much! Everyone is always so nice even when the morning rush is eagerly waiting to be let in! Definitely worth the wait!

Lovely little shop tucked away in the corner of a shopping plaza in Calabasas, across from the Commons. I was in the area because I worked out at the nearby F45 this morning. The place was a tad small but there is seating outside. The staff was friendly and the options a plenty. Paid $12.08 for two plain bagels with plain cream cheese toasted (including 15% tip). Feels steep but the food was good and you expect an elevated cost in this area.

Stayed at a local hotel, and walked over a few times. Bagels were good, and staff was nice. I felt the onions didn't have the strong punch I like, but other than that. Perfect stop for a bagel. Sat outdoors and grabbed a coffee near by.

Hank's Bagel's effortlessly enters my top bites of 2024. Bagels with cream cheese are one of my absolute most favorite meals, and Hank's managed to exceed every single one of my expectations. Every single step of my experience at Hank's was truly exceptional and noteworthy.   The sourdough bagels at Hank's are made fresh daily. The smell of the bagels immediately hugs you in the absolute warmest and best possible way the second you enter their deli. They offer two menus, one that allows you to build your own bagel and another that offers you a curated list of bagel sandwiches crafted by the team. I chose to keep it simple today with an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. You know you have something special in front of you when the simplicity blows you away.   The bagel was perfect. The crunch, doughiness, and freshness of the bagel stopped me in my tracks upon first bite. Hank's does not skimp on the everything coating, and they coat every single part of that delicious bagel. The scallion cream cheese is divine - savory, creamy, tangy, and an absolute banger of a hand-crafted cream cheese. There was plenty of cream cheese for every single inch of the bagel. I am simply blown away and cannot overstate this enough.   The service provided by Mikey was one-of-kind, genuine, and remarkable. His energy and kindness echoed throughout the entire deli as he greeted me in. He answered every single possible question that I could have, giving me samples of various cream cheeses before I committed. I haven't had service like the one Mikey has provided to me in a while.   This is the best bagel I have ever eaten hands down. Mikey's energy made my already perfect dining experience even better.   5/5, and honestly, my favorite spot of 2024 so far!

While in the location getting a facial down the street. I was hungry and wanted a breakfast sandwich. I chose this place and was glad I did. They make homemade bagels here that are made fresh daily and are made with quality elements. I ordered a blueberry bagel sandwich with a turkey patty and egg white. It was very good. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct. Cute and trendy inside with modern decor. Note: Parking can be a little difficult

Hey there! So, I recently swung by Hanks Bagels in Calabasas, tucked away in a cozy little strip mall. Let me tell you, parking was a bit of a squeeze, but totally worth it! Now, Hanks is all about the bagels, plain and simple. They've got a solid variety to choose from, including some specialty options depending on the day. And while they don't do beverages or coffee, they've got a cute outdoor patio where you can enjoy your bagel bliss. Inside, it's bright, clean and organized. But what really stood out was the lightning-fast and friendly service. I barely had time to blink before my order was ready! I went for the toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, and onions, and let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion! And get this - while I was waiting, I overheard someone raving about the "angry" cream cheese. I have no idea what it entails, but you can bet I'll be trying it on my next visit! Overall, Hanks Bagels delivered on taste, speed, and friendliness. A solid four stars from me, and I'll definitely be back for more bagel adventures!
